Accessibility depends on the selected vessel, boarding steps and pier. Please describe mobility needs before booking so the team can check a suitable arrangement; step-free boarding should not be assumed.

Swimming is possible only on a suitable itinerary and at a location approved by the captain. Conditions, traffic and currents can affect the plan; entering the busy shipping channel is not part of a standard swimming stop.

Not necessarily. Cruising capacity, dining seats and sheltered seating can differ. Tell us your event format and ask for the selected vessel’s confirmed layout and permitted passenger count.

Share the hotel and preferred time before booking. Use of a hotel pier depends on permission, vessel access and availability, and additional pickup or berthing charges may apply.

Cabin access and use are vessel-specific and should be confirmed before booking. Do not assume that a daytime cruise includes sleeping accommodation or access to every room aboard.

Contact the team before inviting additional guests. A revised number must stay within the vessel’s permitted capacity and may affect seating, catering, availability and the price.

Yes, explain your requirements when enquiring. The team should confirm the proposed vessel’s layout and the usable covered space for your group before you accept the booking.
